Error Codes for Link and Pay
| Failure Code | Failure Reason |
|---|---|
| E2401 | The customer is not eligible for this transaction |
| E2402 | The customer does not have an active credit line to book a consumer loan |
| E2404 | OTP Validation Failed |
| E2408 | The transaction or loan amount is greater than the available credit line with the customer |
| E2414 | The customer’s account is inactive. |
| E2415 | The customer’s account is blocked by the lender. |
| E2416 | One or more parameters is missing in the API. |
| E2417 | One or more parameters is invalid in the API. |
| E2418 | Transaction cannot Processed. Previous bill is overdue |
| E2419 | Merchant ID passed in the API is invalid |
| E2420 | The merchant has been disabled by the lender |
| E2421 | Potential fraud risk. Transaction not permitted |
