The child merchants (sub-accounts) will use the same Dashboard to check their transactions, settlements, and reports. The child merchants must use the same steps as described in the Log in to Dashboard section to log in to Dashboard.
If the onboarding is not complete for the child merchants (after entering their name, mobile number, and e-mail address is entered), an e-mail is sent to their e-mail address similar to the following screenshot:
Click Verify PAN details now on the mail to complete the details. For more information on completing the details, refer to Adding Sub-Accounts.
