Settlements Dashboard

The Settlement Overview section displays the vital elements like Date, UTR number, Sales Amount, Fees, Settled Amount, Settlement Status, and the Actions fields by default.

To navigate to the Settlements Overview page:

  1. Log in to Merchant Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Track > Settlements.

    The Settlements Overview page is displayed.

You can download the monthly invoice using the Download Monthly TDR report button at the top-right corner of the Settlement Overview page.

Download monthly TDR report

You can download the monthly invoice using the Download Monthly TDR report option given on the top right corner of the settlement overview page.

To download monthly TDR report:

  1. Click the Download Monthly TDR Report tab.

    The Download Invoice pop-up page is displayed.

  1. Select the month and year from the Select year and Select month drop-down lists for which the invoice is required.
  2. Select invoice type that you wish to download from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Download to complete the action.

View the details of individual settlement

To view the specific settlement details, including the settlement breakup and net settle amount along with the transactions in the specific settlement:

  1. Enter the UTR Number in the search column and click Search to view the results
  2.  Click UTR number to view the complete settlement details including the fields Settlement amount, Settled as on, and Total transactions.

Note:

You can export the detailed settlement record to .pdf format using the Download Report button on the top-right corner of the page.

Filter the settlement records

The filter option enables you to filter the settlement records using the settlement status.

To filter the settlement records:

  1. Click Filter menu to view the filter options.
  2. Select the following check boxes from the Filter menu:
    • Settled
    • Processing
    • In Progress
    • On Holed
  3. Click Apply to get the results.

Note:

You can use the Reset to clear all checkbox selections.

Customize and view the Settlement records

The dashboard will show the past seven days’ settlements on the page by default. You can select a particular date range or month or year using the calendar view option given in the dashboard.

To set up the time frame:

  1. Click Calendar to open the calendar view.
  2. Click to select the Today, Yesterday, Past 7 days, or Past 30 days to view the transactions for the mentioned period.
  3. Click Apply to view the results.

To customize the calendar view:

  1. Click the Custom Range menu.
  2. Select the desired month and year from the drop-down list given at the top of the calendar view.
  3. Click to select the desired date range for the selected month.
  4. Click Apply to view the results.

Export the settlement records

To export and download the settlement records:

  1. Click the Download menu to view the options.

    The menu options under the Download menu are displayed.

  1. Choose Select Fields from the Download menu.

    The Column Settings pop-up page is displayed.

  1. Select the desired check boxes from the Column Settings pop-up window.

  2. Click Save to complete the action.

  3. Select any of the following format to generate the report:

    • csv
    • xslx

    A pop-up window will display the status of the generated report.

  1. Perform any of the following steps:

    • Click Download report option to complete the action.
    • Click Share and enter the recipient email ID.

    The Share Report pop-up window is displayed where you need to enter the e-mail ID.

  2. Click Share to complete the action.

Note:

You can share the report to multiple email IDs by entering the comma-separated entries.

Priority Settlements

PayU Priority Settlements allow eligible merchants to receive payments faster than the standard settlement time. Priority Settlements can be useful for merchants who require quick access to funds in order to manage their cash flow or meet financial obligations.

Eligibility

To be eligible for Priority Settlements, merchants must meet the following criteria:

  1. The merchant’s account must be fully KYC-compliant.
  2. The merchant’s account must have a successful transaction history for at least 60 days.
  3. The merchant’s account must have a low dispute and chargeback rate.
  4. The merchant must have a good credit history and financial stability.

If a merchant meets the eligibility criteria, they can request to enroll in Priority Settlements using Dashboard or contact PayU Support. For more information, Enrol for Priority Settlements.

Benefits

Merchants who are enrolled in Priority Settlements can expect the following benefits:

  1. Faster settlement times: Payments will be settled from 15 minutes to 24 hours from the time of a successful transaction.
  2. Improved cash flow management: Merchants can access funds faster, allowing them to manage their cash flow more effectively.
  3. Increased flexibility: Merchants can use the funds to meet their financial obligations or invest in their business.
  4. Competitive advantage: Merchants who offer faster settlement times may be more attractive to customers and gain a competitive advantage over their peers.

Fees

Merchants enrolled in Priority Settlements may be subject to a higher transaction fee than the standard rate. The exact fee will depend on the settlement time they had enrolled for. For more information, Enrol for Priority Settlements.

Enroll for Priority Settlements

This section describes how to enroll for Priority settlements.

To enroll for Priority settlements:

  1. Navigate to Track > Settlements.

    The Settlements Overview page is displayed.

  1. Click Manage Settlement Cycle on the Manage your Settlement Cycle Settings pane on the right side.

Note: The Manage Settlement Cycle on the Manage your Settlement Cycle Settings pane is enabled only if you are eligible. For eligibility criteria, refer to Priority Settlements.

    The Choose your Priority Settlements cycle pop-up page is displayed. The charges (in percentage of the transaction amount) for each Settlement cycle are mentioned for every settlement cycle along with the transaction limit.

  1. Select the Settlement cycle that will suit your business needs.
  2. Click Select & Proceed.
  1. Click Confirm to configure the selected Settlement cycle.
