v2 APIs

v2 APIs: The v2 APIs were released in June 2025 and comes with:
- Header-based authentication so you can easily integrate
- Well organised parameters as nested JSON objects and simplified response for v2/payment APIs (instead of v1 _payment API)

PayU recommends you to integrate v2 APIs for new PayU product integrations.

Note on v1 APIs: PayU will continue support v1 APIs and no disruption to existing integrations.

CommercePro Checkout App for Shopify: Install this app on your Shopify store to start collecting payments using various payment methods supported by PayU.
Plugin for Fynd Store: Install the PayU plugin on your Fynd store to accept payments using 150+ payment methods and international payments. Also, you can enable BIN-based offers and cashbacks.
Configure Refunds for Offer Transactions: Configure refunds to your customers for transaction involving offers on Offers Dashboard. You can either calculate the amount to be refunded and post it to PayU or let PayU calculate the refund amount itself.
Maximizer Analytics: Navigate to Maximizer > Analytics tab on Dashboard for analytics of payment done through various payment aggregators with options to select date range. Also, you can filter by aggregator or an amount range.

Accept/Reject Chargeback API	The Accept Chargeback API can be used for rejecting the chargeback too.
Modify or Cancel Recurring Payments for AMEX Cards	The _payment API must be used with the bankcode as AMEX and other token-related parameters as mentioned in the API reference.
Settlement Detail Range API for Cross Border Payments Get Settlement Detail API for CB Payments	The existing Settlement Detail Range API and Get Settlement Details API are enhanced for CB payments.
BBPS APIs	API reference is published for with the following set of BBPS APIs: Biller APIs Bill APIs Prepaid APIs Complaint-Related APIs
_payment (Consent Transaction > Merchant Hosted)	Aadhaar eNACH as verification for Net Banking Consent Transaction*: Collect payment for subscriptions with Net Banking payment mode using Aadhaar eNACH as verification.
