Manage Sub-Accounts

This part of the documentation includes the following sections to manage sub-accounts using the Split Settlements Dashboard:

View a sub-account details

To view sub-account or child merchant details on Split Settlements Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Sub-accounts page.

  1. Click the Edit button (pencil) under the Actions column against the sub-account entry to view the details.

    The sub-account details are displayed on the top panel of the page, similar to the following screenshot.

If the bank details are incomplete, Details Pending is displayed in the Bank Details field. To remind the corresponding child merchant, refer to Send a reminder to a child merchant (next sub-section).

Send a reminder to a child merchant

After adding sub-accounts, you can remind child merchants to submit their bank account details whose details are incomplete.

To send a reminder to the child merchant or sub-account to submit bank details:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Sub-accounts page.

  2. Select the sub-account entry that has bank account details incomplete.

    The details of the sub-account are displayed similar to the following screenshot:

  1. Click the reminder button next to Details Pending.

    A pop-up page similar to the following screenshot is displayed:

  1. Perform any of the following steps to remind the child merchant:
    • Share the link using the copy button.
    • Enter the email ID of the child merchant and click Send.
